The Old House Village Suites & Hotel is a boutique hotel comprising of 34 fully contained modern suites. We are settled along the Courtenay River amongst majestic gardens. We are located in downtown Courtenay close to great shopping and dining, the Comox International Airport and Mount Washington Alpine Resort. Our One Bedroom Suites offer a private bedroom with California king size bed, ensuite bathroom, gas or electric fireplace in living room area with queen pull-out sofa and flat screen televisions, full modern kitchen, in-suite stacked washer and dryer and a balcony or patio. The hotel and suites have been designed and inspired by the West Coast, with large wood timberframes, slate and earthtones which give it an intimate and cosy feeling. The entire building is non smoking and we have a No Pet Policy.

The living room area has a gas fireplace, flat screen television, Queen pull-out sofa and access to the balcony. Up the stairs to the loft bedroom there is a California king size bed, gas fireplace, flat screen television and corner Jacuzzi. The loft bathroom features double sinks and a tiled shower.
